Ecoresort Arraial d' Ajuda is the main Conference Hotel. The convention center is located in its premises. All the recommended hotels are very conveniently located within walking distance (2 to 5 minutes walk) from the convention center, so that you can stop by your hotel room at lunch time or even during coffee breaks if needed.

You will only need to catch a taxi or van transport if you intend to go to the Arraial d' Ajuda Vila, located 4 km from the Ecoresort Hotel, where the nightlife action takes place with lots of excellent restaurants, bars and live music spots.

Hotel reservations will be made through Creact.eve the agency that is helping the organizing committee manage travel and accommodation issues. Special rates have been negotiated.

The Conference Venue Hotel (Ecoresort Arraial d' Ajuda) rates include all three meals buffet style (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All other Hotels include only breakfast in their daily rate.
