Please be aware that because charges on credit cards can only be made in Reais (Brazilian currency), due to daily fluctuations in the exchange rate there will be some slight variation between the value of the registration fee informed above and the amount actually charged and showing up on your credit card bill in US Dollars. Whenever necessary for reimbursment purposes, Creacteve will provide a specific receipt for your registration informing the exact amount charged on your credit card bill. Please note that we can only accommodate 180 people for the technical field trip to Veracel Celulose S.A. on Wednesday the 29th.
In view of this limitation, the organizing committee has decided that sign-up priority will be given to international delegates to provide an unprecedented opportunity for those that come from farther away. Brazilians will sure have other opportunities for experiencing Eucalyptus plantations and visiting the Atlantic Forest Reserve.
Please note that the available slots for the technical field trip will be allotted on a first register first serve basis. So for those that are interested in the technical field trip we strongly suggest to register as soon as possible.
Lunches are not included in the registration fee for better convenience, choice and economy of the delegates. All of the suggested hotels room rates include breakfast. The EcoResort (Conference venue hotel) includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in their room rate. Furthermore delegates will be able to have lunch at the Conference venue (Buffet of the EcoResort Hotel) or nearby hotels or restaurants at prices that will range from US$ 10.00 up to US$ 30.00 or alternatively just have a fresh fish and beer on the beach!
